Seven7h Cucina is a halal Italian fusion bistro serving wide array of Italian dishes. Located at a unique location, at Novena Regency which is just 6 minutes walk from Novena mrt station. The bistro has a minimalistic interior, with laid-back and peaceful ambience. It is an ideal place for dates, to celebrate birthday or just to enjoy good meal with loved ones. I love how their tables were nicely laid out,

and also their super friendly staff that welcome the customers and accommodate

to their needs.

Kak Roni Pizza "8" $17.80 (add lamb patty additional of $6.00)

Kak Roni, a classic beef peperoni pizza with tomato sauce base, minced beef, chilli padi, arugula salad and mozzarella cheese. Was given an option to add lamb meat as to add a superb kick to it, hence we added lamb meat with an additional of $6. The thin crust pizza is delicious and not those kind of typical pizza. Really love the dough. It is really soft and handmade from scratch. The pizza is cheesy too with very tender meat. The tomato base is quite ordinary. The pizza has a really strong smelling and taste of lamb because we added it, hence those who loves lamb meat will love this. There is a presence of big chilli flakes too, that leaves a mild spicy touch in your mouth. The Kak Roni pizza is superb overall, just that I wish they would put more sauce and meat and fill up the dough more. I will get this again the next time I come here!

Tartufo Patatine Fritt (Sweet Potato Truffle Fries) $12.50

A generous serving of sweet potato tossed with white truffle oil. Sweet potato truffle fries is very crispy, with shaved parmesan grating on top, along with coriander. Not oily and not soggy, definitely not overcooked too. The sweet potato cuts are also not too thick nor thin, just nice. The truffle taste is really strong, especially the aftertaste of it that lingers long in the mouth.

IL 7th Carbonara $18.90

The 7th Carbonara taste is different than the common carbonara. It is a lot more flavourful and unique. The sauce is not the typical white creamy sauce. Usually carbonara sauce is quite thick and creamy, but this one is full of gravy. It may be a little bit soggy, but the yummy gravy served is really a lot, best for the spaghetti to be soaked and twirled in. Carbonara with generous amount of turkey bacon that was cooked to perfection, topped with 64 degree poached egg, parmesan cheese and black pepper crush, I enjoyed savouring this very authentic Carbonara.

All in all, I really had a pleasant and enjoyable time here. The service here is really tip top, excellent I shall say, the staff is awesome. I feel super duper welcomed here and the staff is really nice, recommended us the food and asked how was the taste of the food. The bistro is good for celebrating birthdays, as the staff even helped to set up the birthday surprise. All of their food is definitely delicious too!! Will be back here again!
