Cofeology Cafe (Melaka)

There are so many variety of good food and hipster cafes at Melaka and you’ll be spoilt for choices. If you are heading to Melaka for a getaway, Cofeology Café is one of the cafes to visit. Located at Bukit Beruang with a big parking lots area, right next to the Windmill Station, you can easily spot Cofeology with its huge name signage. Cofeology Café serves Italian Western and Fusion food, with wide options of food and drinks, ranging from rice to pasta to waffles. Cofeology also supports local produce, by sourcing out fresh ingredients locally, made by the

local farmers.

Cofeology café has a rustic interior with a modern touch, along with warm lighting. The ambience over here is really peaceful and chilling. The café is very spacious and have both indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The best thing is that they also offers event planning services with decorations, like for birthday celebration and parties.

Aglio Olio With Grilled Chicken & Salmon

This is the Aglio E Olio Pasta, served with Grilled Chicken and Salmon. When this dish was served on the table, the strong yummy aroma of it was so enticing and tempting for me to quickly taste it. The Aglio Olio is definitely rich with herbs and spices and have a strong distinct flavour. There is a strong presence of basil and I love how the spices, especially the garlic taste is very significant. Just that I think the spaghetti is quite dry and had a rubbery texture, but it is still a delicious meal overall. For the Salmon, it is slightly overcooked, as the flesh is quite tough and dry. The Grilled Chicken is tender, with crispy skin that makes it well balanced. I can taste the sweet marinade of the succulent and spice-enriched chicken cuts and the char and smokiness from the caramelized chicken skin.

French Kiss RM9.80

French Kiss drink. It is a blend of lemon juice and soda. Very refreshing and cooling drink. It somehow makes me feel calm and serene when drinking this. Love the blue ocean colour of this pretty drink and don’t forget to stir it up before drinking.

It somehow tasted similar to 7-up but with a zesty twist.

Strawberry Smoothie

Strawberry Smoothie. I’m in love with this drink. It is a sweet, milky, creamy smoothie with a tinge of sourness. It reminds me of Dutch Lady Strawberry Milk taste. It also tasted like Strawberry yogurt/ice cream. This is one awesome drink

for you to indulge in over there and man it is really nice~

When it is Cofeology, of course it's a must to try one of their coffee right. Here is Cofeology’s Iced Caramel Macchiato.

Overall this café have a really nice ambience and it is a good place for gatherings and celebrations. Next time when I come back here, I would love to try their other main courses, like Kimchi Fried Rice which is one of the popular choices of diners over there, and also to try their desserts like Waffles.
